Organic Kale with Avocado Smoothie

It`s unbelievable the benefits of kale: contains Vitamins A, C and K; Proteins, Omega fatty acids, lots of fiber; folate, a B Vitamin that`s important in brain development.

Easy to prepare and delicious snack for brunch or lunch. All ingredients are organic, non-gmo.

Ultimate Kale “bomber!”

Ingredients: 11/2 cup chopped kale

1/2 cup Papaya

1/2 Avocado

1 small yellow carrot,

1 small piece chopped ginger

1 tbsp Chia seeds

2 glasses water.

Blend all ingredients in smoothie blender or bullet mixer.
